“What makes you sustainable?”

All my Techniques prioritise the preservation of organisms living on your plants and in the soil. I don’t throw away any of the garden ‘waste’ collected from my jobs, everything is brought to my workspace and used for mulch, compost, raised bed filling or wildlife habitats for other clients.

“What’s with the scythe?”

No Bug Blending! Lawn mowers blend grass and vegetation into mush, unfortunately this includes butterfly eggs, ground nesting bees and many other insects living within, with my scythe I cut grass from the base meaning damage is minimized and with the attention to detail, I notice any nests to move them safely from harm’s way.

“How Does This Help The Environment?”

The average NI household produces 3.11 tonnes of CO2 annually, naturally this may fear you but with my help it could feed you, and your garden, and offset your emissions with carbon devouring plants creating an oxygen rich environment to combat climate change and compliment your health.

“What if I have a concrete garden?”

I can install raised beds, bird baths, hanging baskets and aquatic plant containers

“Why should I choose you over an established business?”

As a small business owner I cannot afford to cut corners, one negative review can severely impact my reputation and revenue so I guarantee a personalised service and level of care that large companies simply don’t have the time for.

“Do I need to know how to maintain my crops?”

Ofcourse not! that’s what I’m here for. Once I have established a garden design for you we can schedule maintenance that suits your schedule and needs, I will also provide you with an information leaflet which will contain all you need to know about maintaining your garden.

“How do you price?”

Materials and £20 - £30/hr for labour depending on the site conditions, presence of invasive species and travel required but we will always keep you informed on pricing and adapt the service to your budget.
